ITEM DESCRIPTION: This auction is for a STAPLES-3000 White Mailing Labels-1X2.5-100 Sheets-Compatible w Avery 5160/8160. They have all been counted & accounted for...I actually added one more just incase I did miss count so there may be 101:) Anyway they are all new & and unused...the only issue is the packaging has been opened. However, I understand if you didn't notice right away or just need a little more time to pay ... so I'm happy to wait a couples days longer, till I contact you for payment...This only goes for auction listings!!! I expect Buy-It-Now buyers to pay once they commit to the transaction. As far as auction style listings go...If longer then a couple days goes by, I will send a friendly invoice email requesting payment. Then, if more then a week goes by, I will send a 2nd notification. After 24 hours and still no communication, I will open a claim in the resolution center. You will have 4 days to complete the transaction and pay...after that you will receive a strike against you on your account but I will get my fees refunded to me. eBay takes a good percent of the money so this is not fare for me to pay when you don't pay so please understand my actions!! However, I am very understanding so as long as there is communication we can work something out that makes both of us happy:) SHIPPING: • I either use flat rate boxes/envelopes, standard parcel select, 1st class mail, or media mail (whatever goes best with the item and will keep the total cost to you as low as possible:) • Please Note: very rarely I may forget to specify the correct shipping method in the listing so please be understanding. However, I usually notify you with the shipping method immediately after shipping. • Please let me know immediately before payment if you are in a rush to receive the item and we can discuss it further. • I aways use the U.S. Postal Service. • Packages usually take an average of 2-9 business days. For certain items like CDs, I do not purchase tracking and just use stamps, just to help you save a little on your total amount:). If this will be done, I usually add this info in the item's description section. Please notify me if you would like to add tracking and I will send an invoice with the adjusted total price...it will be an additional $1.05. • Please allow 2 days of handling. I go to the post office an average of 3-4 times a week and your item may fall on a weekend schedule so please keep that in mind. I usually visit the Post office Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and usually on Saturday, unless I can't. • Shipping cost is calculated by distance and weight using standard us postal services prices. In addition to the shipping cost, $1.05 will be added for tracking information (if it is not already included). Lastly $.75-$1.00 will be added to help contribute towards all packing materials that I use, labels, printing ink, and boxes. COMBINED SHIPPING: • I do accept combined shipping but the shipping cost will have to be adjusted. However, Please refer to the Shipping section about any shipping costs or possible refunds or adjustments. • I will issue an invoice when you are done bidding with all the items you are interested in so please let me know if you decide to make other bids and/or purchases because I may not notice on my own, especially if they are days apart. I will try my best to notice buyers who buy multiple items but I do have a lot of customers sometimes so please try to let me know if you would like combined shipping. ***RETURN POLICY*** • I do ACCEPT RETURNS AND ISSUE REFUNDS!!! for most situation so please just email me 1st before opening a return request through eBay. It's just easier for me since I usually work on my iPhone. I haven't had many returns but very rarely I have an item arrive broken from the shipping process (I do try my best to package items with extreme care but sometimes it's inevitable, even when I write FRAGILE on the package, which annoys me to no end that they can't take care of packages that says that:( But please be understanding if this issue occurs. I am not a major company, just a woman trying to make a little extra money for her family. And please know I feel just awful when a transaction doesn't go as planned and will try my best to make you as happy with me as possible!!! • Please contact me within 72 hours after delivery confirmation if there is any sort of issue!!! After that, I will assume everything worked out perfectly:) • Returns for clothing that doesn't fit is accepted also, however I ask the buyer to please pay for the shipping costs to and from so please know your size and read all the measurements I provide. Most female clothing I sell is just about $3-$4 to ship one way • I do NOT accept returns for AS-IS items...An as-is item will be labeled as such in the Item's Description section and in multiple other areas in the listing. • I DO accept returns for CDs or DVDs that don't play or skip within one week after I say I shipped it out. 1st class usually takes 2-4 business days to be delivered so this gives plenty of time to test it out so please review the CD or DVD immediately upon arrival...PLEASE NOTE I always review right before shipment every CD and DVD that I sell. So all should be fine!! • If I agree on the return, I will only issue a refund once I receive the item back in the mail...This is eBay policy so please be patient and understanding through this process!!!
