Star Holman MiniVeyor Conveyor Oven Model 214HX The Star 214HXA Electric Conveyor Oven is designed to cook a variety of menu items such as sandwiches and subs quick and easy while preserving cooking space. Its removable crumb tray helps facilitate easy cleanup after use. The Star 214HX Electric Conveyor Oven is also known as: 214-HX Features & BenefitsFor use with partially baked (blanched) dough, not fresh Quartz Infrared Heaters provide faster more consistent heating than traditional heating elements. Elements are located above and below conveyor belt allowing precise even heating of products. Patented forced convection system keeps the conveyor cool to the touch and extends the life of critical components. The forced convection increases productivity by recirculating preheated air into the toasting chamber. Product entry and exit openings are adjustable from 1-1/2” to 3” high allowing for a variety of menu items. Removable extended load/unload area, 6-1/2” for ease of product removal. As much as we would like to, we are not setup to do warranty service anywhere else but Gainesville. Our machines are sold as-is in fully working condition at the point of shipping. The machine you order will be reinspected before it leaves our warehouse. We encourage customers to come by and inspect the machines themselves before purchase. We can turn the machines on and show you how to use, clean, and troubleshoot problems. If you are unable to physically inspect the machines yourself, I recommend that you hire a local Gainesville refrigeration company (cost $60-$120 for peace of mind) to come by and inspect the machines.
