The snap action thermostatic adjustment is controlled by heavy duty metal knobs to provide accurate temperature adjustment of +/- 10 degrees Fahrenheit from the set point. This 36" wide countertop electric griddle is built with durability and convenience in mind, with a stainless steel control panel, cool-touch bull nose front and splash guard. Other user-friendly features of the Star Max 536CHSF 36" countertop chrome griddle include a "spatula wide" 3 1/2" front grease trough and grease chute for easier cleaning, and a large 4.5 quart stainless steel grease drawer.
