Commercial Multipost Postage Stamp Affixer Stamper Factory Trade. The Multipost Stamp Affixer & Recorder, a small handheld device, was patented in 1911 and advertised from 1910 to 1940. "One stroke of the plunger affixes the stamp and also counts it. A drop of water moistens the envelope and a rubber cushion presses the stamp to the moistened surface. Built in Double lock safeguards your stamps. One for the cashier who puts in the stamps, the other for the operator, so that no stamps can be taken without prior knowledge. ~~ CONDITION: ....Excellent vintage condition, as you can see in photos and still working fine. SIZE: ....5 1/2" tall x 4 3/8" front to back x 1 5/8" wide. weight approx. 2 lbs. when packed properly Terms of Sale The items I list are found at Estate sales,garage sales, & Auctions...
