Steel Tee Plate Fixtures For 400 Mm Hmc's

These fixtures were built for fitting to a 400 size HMC, specifically Mazak. The operation was facing and centering of a variety of different length and diameter shaft forgings. It held 4 parts each fixture. The front side originally mounted (4) 3 jaw low profile hydraulic chucks, while the opposite side supported the tail end of the shafts with specially made collet chucks, pictured. Although the 3 jaw chucks are no longer mounted, (but can still be purchase), the backside collet chucks go with this sale. If only a very rigid, compact Tee plate style fixture is required for mounting a particular workholding, vises, etc. these will still work just fine. They will save you from building up a structure to mount on, and they will immediately bolt on to your pallet. Regardless as to whether you would use it, cross drilling for hydraulics is already in place with provisions for mounting a directional valve and quick disconnects. Although they have accumulated surface rust from sitting, a little scotchbrite and elbow grease will get them like new. There are three available. Will skid and ship from location (Illinois)
