STIHL TS 460 72cc 2 cycle cutoff saw, was tested 6/18 with a borrowed 460 starter.   This one has 120s PSI cold  compression, it was started and run for about 20 minutes, it did fine, no stalling or surging.  Obviously it will need a cutting wheel, pull starter and some attention on the hose kit if you wish to run water with it.  Has the potential to be a good saw in my opinion, cant say for sure without a cutting wheel.
