 STIHL CUT OFF SAW - TS 420.  I heard it run once when I bought it used two years ago.  I just had a friend put another carb on saw and replaced the trigger mechanism.  Also replaced the spark plug and I believe the electronic coil.  He thought it was electrical but it still didn't start.  So replaced the carb and still wouldn't start.  But all covers are now there.  Complete.   Photo shows saw with covers off.  Covers are now on saw.   Saw  Doesn't appear to have been used that much either.  I bought from an estate sale two years ago. Never have used it personally because we couldn't get it started again.  It does have compression.  Not sure how much.  SELLING IN AS IS CONDITION FOR PARTS. No guarantees.  Not willing to do refunds or returns.  Not willing to put anymore money into trying to get this item fixed.  Shipping will be $80.00 because of weight.  NOTE:  THESE saws are $1200 new.  Even used in good condition worth $600.00.  Had it on ebay recently and had to cancel sale with buyer.  Covers were lost or missing according to my friend and  he  thought there are damage to saw.  There was no damage.  Sometimes I just don't understand so called friends.  Way to complicated.  Now it is up for sale as is condition.  Complete with lots of new parts.
