What Makes The Solution Perfect? Because it comes from the plant itself. For many years people and companies have been trying to figure out the secret to the vapor pen. Those who have, have become very successful. We are now offering the true secret to you. Your success is now in your hands. In the search to make an extract based vapor pen most people have started with what they could find through research, and the easiest place to start was with what was currently in existence, the E-Cig. In General, E-Cig fluid consists of 4 main ingredients: Glycol, in the form of Propylene Glycol (PG) or Polyethylene Glycol (PEG), Glycerin, Nicotine and Flavoring.  In simple terms: (VG) or Glycerin, controls the “vapor” produced. When smoked it produces clouds, but no real “throat hit” or harshness. It has a sweetish taste while vaping. (PG/PEG) or Glycol, in whatever form, is harsh when vaped directly, while producing a minor adequate vapor. It also has a distinct chemical flavor. By mixing the two, you can control the ratios of the vapor you produce relative to the harshness of the cigarette you are used to smoking. By adding flavors and nicotine, you have an E-Cig formula. Clearly mixing an extract to this substance, or a component of, would seem to be the way to go. The problem is no matter what you do, Glycerin doesn’t actually mix with your extract, and will eventually separate. While PG will mix with your extract, it has a very distinct aftertaste, and produces little vapor. Both VG and PG are also very thick liquids. A vapor liquid has to be thin in order to work in most vapor pens. This caused many people to dilute the extract so much in order to get it to function it became weak in potency, and the large amounts of dilutents caused a pretty strong aftertaste. In order to combat this people used food grade alcohol as as additive. This created the perfect viscosity, for a while. The alcohol would quickly evaporate out, leaving a hard, thick worthless extract.  Some people decided to try another path, using substances such as coconut oil, because it produces vapor and is organic. Being an organic oil, what most people didn’t realize is that inhaling coconut oil can lead to lipid pneumonia, due to the way oils react in the lungs when inhaled. Please take time to read the following studies: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1755001710000436 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24429325 (click on full text link in upper right corner) Clearly, you should NEVER inhale coconut oil. Connoisseur Concentrates is proud to offer you a solution that eliminates all of the above problems. We have created an organic extract dilutent that was created from the same elements that already exist in your plant, and its extract. By adding more of what is already there you are able to effectively and safely dilute your liquids to operate in vapor pen.  The addition of terpenes is only the beginning. Terpenes by themselves are very, very potent, chemical smelling substances. One terpene does not create a familiar fragrance. They must be carefully mixed in specific ratios, not only to recreate specific smells, but to factor in the smells that already exist in your extract and not over compound them or compete with them. We call this pure terpene blend our Original line. Our terpene blends are certified Kosher and FDA Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS), Non GMO and are not tested on animals. 2.5 gram for $29 Makes approximately 7-8 grams of diluted concentrate.  Mixing ratio 2 parts Concentrate (oil, wax or crumble) to 1 part terpenes Will make your concentrate taste like TOP Shelf again. (No CBD or THC is included in this product) It is not pscychoactive (will not get you high) Use in place of ej mix or ppg for amazing flavor like you won't believe! ***Specify flavor you would like checking out (please, only one flavor per 2.5 gram order)*** These are all natural, organic plant based (not cannabis) terpenes and are extracted without using any chemicals. They are not synthetic lab created.
