No Nicks:  STRIPALL is designed to remove insulation thermally, without nicking the conductor.   The insulation is stripped cleanly and quickly, readying the wire for crimping or soldering. STRIPALL is widely used for both MIL-SPEC and commercial applications. Easy To Use, Just squeeze the handle, press the button, rotate, and pull.  Single button control and fast heating blades makes STRIPALL an easy way to increase your productivity. Reliable:  Ruggedly built for production line use, STRIPALL has a record of performance that speaks for itself.  Units are known to perform for over 20 years with daily use. The versatile TWC-1 model is designed to remove a variety of insulation types, up to 1.5 inches, from single-strand, multi-strand or shielded wire.  The TWC-1 works well on TEFLON, KAPTON, Kynar, Nylon, Vinyl and Neoprene.  For high melt insulation such as TEFLON the TW-1 out performs the competition. Plugs into standard wall outlet. Long-life alloy blades heat to 1700°F in under four seconds and cool instantly. This is a used STRIPALL and it's been tested and it's in excellent condition, showing a some usage marks. The alloy blades appear to be near new and work well. Has been tested and works as it should.  Two photos show stripping a PTFE (Teflon) 26-awg wire.
