Please check out this beautiful and great working rotary ultrasonic welder. RARE DESIGN TYPICALLY RESERVED FOR HOT AIR WELDERS! Intended for non-wovens, thin coated fabrics, polyurethane laminates, etc. Loaded with custom and unique options! Very difficult to find another ultrasonic welder like this in the USA! New in the US, such a welder would cost well over $30k. This ultrasonic welder has both a rotary wheel sonotrode and rotary anvil, far superior to the stationary anvils of other "ultrasonic sewing machines". This unit is about 2 years old and has the custom arm for being able to weld inflatables, odd shaped items, and other coated fabric/non-woven materials. Runs on conventional US 220V power. Requires clean air, and has been successfully run for long periods of time with as little as a 2.8scfm 1.5 horse power pancake air compressor. Larger compressor will not have to run as hard. Manufactured in China by a leading ultrasonic brand. Great customer service, though this unit has never required replacement parts in the last 2 years. Six (6) different anvil wheels come included. (2) 6mm wide knurl and (2) 12mm wide with knurl pattern. (1) 3mm wide flat and (1) 6mm wide flat pattern. Manufacturer will quickly help you make new patterns, as needed. Notice the seam tape dispenser on the top of the welder which is fed through the seam tape guide to inbetween the sonotrode and anvil wheels. Unit speed and downpressure can be controlled. Maximum speed is 10meters/min. The weld wheel gap is manually adjusted from the top of the unit. Very easy to adjust. Please let me know if you have any questions about this stellar unit.
