Delivery Payment Policies About Us The majority of orders are posted within 48hrs of payment received (Mon-Fri) We do not dispatch on weekends, Friday orders will usually ship out on Monday/Tuesday the following week. We use couriers and Royal mail for UK deliveries, International orders are shipped by Airmail. We also use Recorded/ Special Delivery for larger products or items with high values. (You will not be charged extra for these services) Delivery ETA: Standard mail - 3-4 working days Royal mail 1st class / Recorded - 1-2 Working days Europe - 3-4 Working days Rest of world - 7-10 Working days Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal services, we ask UK customers to allow up to 7 days and International customers 14 days for delivery before reporting an item as missing. Incorrect item: If you are sent the incorrect item it is likely a mistake with the packing, In this case please contact us and we will send out the correct item immediately along with a pre-paid returns label. Please make sure you include a note with the reason for return and if you require a refund or replacement. Also include a copy of the sales receipt or store order number. If you do not include this information it will take us a lot longer to process your request so please make sure it is included before sending.
