SURTEC 27” PROPANE BUFFER WITH THE PATENTED ACTI-VAC ACTIVE VACUUM SYSTEM. A new & innovative Vacuum System (U.S. Patent No. 5388305) (Canadian Patent No. 2125796) with an actual vacuum motor captures and contains the dust in a Microfilter Bag. Less dust in the air contributes to cleaner indoor quality, improving the quality of the air you are breathing. Less dust in the air reduces the replacement frequency of HVAC filters. Less dust on shelves and stock means less labor to maintain stock appearance. Less dust on the floor reduces or eliminates dust mopping after buffing. A typical non-vacuuming Ultra High Speed Propane Buffer can generate more than 1,000,000 particles (larger than 1 micron) per cubic foot, per minute. The Surtec Acti-Vac Vacuuming System captures and contains up to 80% of the dust particles created by ultra high speed buffing. The 360o floating pad assembly provides full contact between the floor and buffing pad to achieve maximum buffing efficiency and superior results. The smooth operation of this buffer reduces operator fatigue. Surtec has developed and manufactured propane buffers since 1976.
