This Swingline has failed the test. It has jammed continuously and is not working at all now. The Panasonic I bought has yet to give me any kind of trouble. I don't know if the difference is the brand or the fact that this one has the staples on a roll and my good, working stapler loads staples just like a manual. It is my gut feeling that staples in a roll is asking for trouble. I'm going to replace this one with a stapler that uses traditional staples. I consider this product very poor.
