Most of the time, we loose money on shipping. We take great pride in packaging your items so they arrive safely to your house. we try to use only new boxes, good tape, new bubblewrap etc. every once in a while when an item is an abnormal size, we have no choice but to make a box or use a used one. at least we are recycling :) Positive feedback is left after feedback is received. u wouldnt believe how many Ebayers out there DONT leave feedback. its actually really sad. Warranty/return policy is described in the description. normally there are no returns accepted or a 14 day return policy where the buyer will pay return shipping if he/she doesnt want the item or has changed their mind. if the item is broke, the seller will pay for return shipping. there are no discounts after shipment nor do we give partial refunds. there are also no refunds after 8 months of purchasing an item. i actually had a customer who said the battery died in his piece of electronics that he bought from us and he was very dissapointed that i would not give him a refund after 8 months of use. that would be something he would need to take up with the manufacturer. i actually would of worked with the buyer but i caught him in a lie in one of the earier emails so i had no choice but to deny his refund/exchange.
