These have been our secret for a few years, we have a made a ton of extra money and gotten a lot of customers that other screen printers have had to turn away. If you know about tagless, private label printing, then you probably know that you either have to own a special machine that does them ($$$$), you heat press them (15 Seconds ++++), you have the double platen like others sell here on ebay so you have to burn multiple screens to do all sizes and they MUST be lined up perfectly.... or, you turn every shirt inside out! (UGGHHH)  We have solved all of these problems and developed the lowest upfront and continual cost method of screenprinting tagless private labels in shirts. We use this method daily. Our tagless label platens are the most versatile and easy to use that we have ever seen. Its so easy that a lot of the time, we private label larger clients promo shirts for free with our branding which builds their perceived value and helps increase our own business. So you want details. Ok check it out, you simply burn all sizes labels on one screen S-M-L on one side and XL-XXL-XXXL on the other. (the picture you see is a 20" x 24" screen) No need for perfect alignment, but we can happily provide you with a vector template. From there, you simply tape over all sizes except SMALL, line up your design and start printing with a 4" squeegee and typically using gray ink. When the small shirts are done, clean the ink only in the area you were printing, tape over the small design. Pull the tape off of MEDIUM and slide your screen over until its over the platen and so on.  You can also do the following: • short sleeve arm prints • long sleeve arm prints near the cuff • prints on the outside rear neck area • any random print along the tail or bottom hem of the shirt • small prints on onesies, socks, pet apparel We will try and make a video soon, but trust that we are here to help with any questions. When printing larger production runs, multi-colors, etc we run 4 at a time on our press. This is really helpful for sleeve and outside rear neck hits. When doing single color labels by yourself, each shirt only takes about 7 seconds from the time you pick it up until the time you place it into your dryer. Make sure to remember that for labels and rear neck hits that you burn the image upside down. For sleeves, shirt tails, etc. you burn the image like normal. Details: We use them on a riley hopkins press but of course they will work with any press that your platen bracket can fit onto it. Full length 15.5" Bracket mounting area 6.5" x 6.5" <--- VERY IMPORTANT (Please make sure your brackets will fit, we are NOT responsible and will not accept returns) Usable label print area width 3" wide x 2.5" tall Usable upper print area 3" wide x 4" tall Manufactured in the USA using 3/4 in melamine sheets.
