This listing is for a used Talboys 102 Light Duty Stirrer Mixer.  It is far from brand new, but still an effective mixer and extremely reliable.  With the controller on here, it looks like it can rotate smoothly as low as 20RPM, and probably a top RPM of maybe 200-300.  We don't have a timing light to be 100% positive, but doing an analog estimate we can say with a certain degree of confidence that it's likely between 2-300.
