I PUT TECHNIKS DOWN BECAUSE IN A GOOGLE SEARCH THAT KEPT COMING UP. BUT THE ONLY THING THAT STATES TECHNIKS IS THE STICKER ON THE BOX AND I BELIEVE THE COLLETS KEY IS MADE BY TECHNIKS IT READS: SYIC ER25-M THE DIAL GAUGE MOVES WHEN YOU TURN THE HANDLE. AND WHEN YOU TURN THE LOCKING MECHANISM ON THE BOTTOM OF THE HANDLE IT DOES LOCK IT INTO PLACE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO PERFORM ANY OTHER TEST ON THIS WRENCH. I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS TORQUE WRENCH SO PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. ***THIS IS INFORMATION I GOT FROM THE NORBAR SITE REGARDING THIS WRENCH*** I AM FAIRLY CERTAIN THIS IS THE CORRECT SPECS BUT I'M NOT 100%. I AM ASSUMING THAT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS WRENCH YOU PROBABLY ALREADY KNOW A LOT MORE THAN I. With an accuracy of +/-3% of reading, all international standards for torque wrenches are exceeded. Every wrench is supplied with a calibration certificate to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9000:2000. Soft feel handle provides excellent grip even in oily conditions. Handle material and lens resist all chemicals in common automotive, industrial and aviation use. Locking mechanism prevents accidental adjustment of the wrench during operation. Long scale graduated in N·m and lbf·ft allows for foolproof and accurate setting. Production 'P' Types versions are available for use in a production environment where they will be set and then dedicated to a particular application. There is no scale, and so must be set against a torque testing device such as Norbar's Professional Torque Tester.
