Automatic Vertical Tilt Frame Band Saw Application: Sturdy Vertical Mitre Cutting Bandsaw in fully automatic execution for cutting of tubes and profiles of steel, cast iron as well as light and non-ferrous metals and similar materials. The sawframe is designed in heavy-duty steel construction, double guided in front and rear near cutting area by linear guide rails and additionally by centric hydraulic feeding cylinder. The bandsaw table is made of heavy duty and vibration free cast iron with machined surface and T-slots. Standard accessories / execution: NC-control, 7” coloured touch screen for preselection and control of: 99 set with cut-off lengths, number of cuts, cutting angle and band speed Operating cycle may be preselected: Manual = semi-automatic cycle for single cuts Auto = fully automatic cycle for series cuts. User-friendly entry of data, graphical display. Sawframe tilting into mitre position and clamping in mitre position will be made hydraulically as well as sawframe feed with variable cutting pressure regulation. Provided clamping jaws are pre-adjusted properly, the hydraulic clamping vices act via short-stroke cylinders on both sides of sawband guarantee a safe material clamping during cutting. The Material feed is made by servo drive Sinamics S and toothed rack. Height adjustment of upper sawband guide is hydraulic in automatic cycle. Sawband tension is made mechanically by cup-springs, hydraulically controlled with pressure gauge indication. A big-sized coolant tank with integrated chip collecting pan in the lower part of the machine collects chips and coolant. The tank is extricable. The sawband drive is equipped with a FC-controlled electric motor for infinitely variable preselection of sawband speed.
