This is a used TELEDYNE TAC FLYING PROBE SUBSTRATE TESTER with Bausch & Lomb Microscope Head for sale. It was recently purchased from a working laboratory. This item is in good condition with minimal signs of wear and tear. The keypad with an LED display window that is usually on the front, right side of these machines is mounted on the inside of this machine (see photos). To accomodate the usage of this relocated keypad the previous owner removed the rear housing which is not included with this machine. This machine comes with a Manual and additional information (see 2 notebooks in photo) as well as a power cord, 2 data cables and several other attached cables (looks like BNC cables). Computer and vacuum pump are sold separately. For detailed information regarding the condition of this item and exactly what is included with it see the 12 photos that are posted.  This machine powers up when plugged in and turned on, but beyond that there has been no further testing. When item was picked up at the laboratory the previous owner was asked if it works and he stated "Yes".  This item is being SOLD AS IS, with no further warranty. Description The Teledyne TAC probe station allows testing of devices that are still mounted on a wafer. Each device desired to be tested requires a separate probe card. These probe cards will match the device’s electrical contact pads. A microscope allows visual inspection of the device and alignment of the probe card’s fingers to the electrical contact pads of the device under test.
