All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and must include all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Merchandise must be in good condition to qualify for an exchange, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Resource 1 has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. If an item is deemed defective upon arrival, customer must contact Resource 1 immediately for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return the merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will replace the product at our expense if inventory levels allow, or a store credit will be issued once merchandise is returned to our warehouse. We do not offer technical support, missing components, or additional product information beyond what is already stated unless mentioned or pictured in the listing. We recommend a padded carrier for larger items and accept all FedEx, UPS, and USPS options. Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have an RMA# attached. We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defects and fully operational for 30 days. We accept PayPal, and payment must be made within 10 working days of the auction's end. We ship primarily via United States Postal Priority Mail Service and ship within 1 to 2 working days of payment receipt unless otherwise noted. For larger items, we allow the customer to pick them up in person or via a freight carrier but will charge additional shipping and handling fees if the item requires a pallet or crate.
