I do not have batteries to send with this item. I tested them with the 2 batteries I have in another scrubber. The charger works good. There is a key included. The scrubber works good, I scrubbed our shop floors and it did a good job. The brush pad holder is included. The pad holder is easy to install, the front of machine has a door to get to the hooks that connect it to the scrubber. The squeegee is in excellent shape, it has hardly been used. There is some surface rust on top of the holder for squeegee. Please look closely at the pictures. The holding tanks are in good condition. The hoses are in good condition. The hour meter does not work so I cannot include the hours. Item is sold as described. Shipping cost is by freight truck, please email for a quote. Include zipcode & if you have a forklift or loading dock. This unit is big and will need to be truck shipped on a pallet. You can pickup this equipment in Springfield, MO at no charge. Email me for accurate shipping quote. When you email please include your zipcode, commercial or residential address (home businesses do not qualify as commercial address), and if you have a loading dock or forklift. I do some travel in the Midwest for possible delivery for a fee, contact me to find out where I will be traveling over the next few weeks. I get discounts thru several different trucklines and will pass that onto you. There is a $25 packing charge for materials and time to pack this on a pallet (I pad, box, shrinkwrap and band to a pallet). I pack the item(s) well. Insurance is included. Buyer pays shipping. Items are insured for their purchase price. Payment due within 3 business days of auction end. Unpaid item filed with eBay after 7 days (if you contact us we can work with buyer). Damage policy: We do our best to package your item so if it is dropped or mishandled it will still arrive in working condition. We have very few claims due to our careful packing procedures. If a refund is requested, items must be shipped back IMMEDIATELY for refund. If we accept Canadian and International shipments on this item, there is an extra charge for documentation and customs paperwork. Canadian shipments add $5.00 paperwork fee. International add $10.00 if I ship thru USPS, if shipping other than USPS there is a $25.00 paperwork fee. This is due to customs invoices and time it takes to get shipping quotes. Hawaii, Alaska, US properties such as Puerto Rico, Canadian and international shipments have additional shipping costs as the quote in the auction is based on shipping in continental US.
