This listing is for a fully tested and functional National Instruments (NI) PCI-8232, combined GPIB controller and gigabit Ethernet for PCI. Board passes all NI 488.2 self-tests, and has been tested to ensure ability to identify (scan GPIB bus) and communicate with GPIB instruments. The Ethernet section identifies in devices as "Intel PRO/1000 MT Network Communications." The Ethernet section was tested to ensure full gigabit operation on LAN, and proper operation of indicator LEDs on board which indicated gigabit or slower LAN speeds properly. Board has assembly part # 189761A-01, same board shown. Also included as shown is Gigabit Ethernet drivers for PCI-8232, with "Getting Started Guide." These drivers support Windows 7/ Vista/XP/2000 as stated on software package- refer to photos. No other items are included. From NI- The NI PCI-8232 board is a high-performance Gigabit Ethernet interface for PCI based on the Intel 82540EM Gigabit Ethernet controller. It adds an IEEE 488 interface within the single-slot PCI board, saving a slot in your PC. The 1000 Mbits/s Gigabit Ethernet provides a substantial performance increase over 100 Mbits/s Fast Ethernet while remaining completely compatible with 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet networks.   The PCI-8232 board and software will be sent well packaged in box by USPS Priority Mail, insured. The tracking # will be entered into ebay and paypal systems after shipment.
