Very nice, CLEAN! Dolan Jenner Fiber-Lite A-240L lamp unit.  TESTED and the fan runs quietly as it should and the lamp comes on - Just hook it up to a 12 VDC power supply and you have a very expensive unit for little money.  The fan runs on 12 VDC and the lamp should be powered with a variable 12 VDC supply so you can adjust the voltage to the lamp brightness you require.  BTW, It is NOT difficult to change out the connector for something compatible with what you have or even to connect with jumpers to the factory connector.   This auction is for ONE SINGLE UNIT of the two pictured - although you can, of course, buy both of them, just ask and I'll figure out a way to get around ebay's really damn silly listing rules.   There is a cheaper listing for a similar item but it is missing a part, it hasn't been tested so the bulb may not work (or the fan) and it's filthy - look at the fan surround in the last photo.
