Heavy Duty Bulldog hitch, 2" ball, Heavy Duty top crank fold up Bulldog Jack. There are 2 burners on the corn roaster, each controlled separately with a safety valve and pilot light for each burner. My brother and I purchased this awesome machine in 2015 and a family friend operated the business in North Dakota this past summer, but he won't be able to do it again next year. My brother and I are both in the military living across the country from each other, and neither of us have the time to dedicate to the business. The roaster served us very well over the course of 12 events during 2015 and 2016. This is a money making machine. You can purchase sweet corn for $0.15 - $0.50 an ear (depending on the time of the season), and sell the roasted corn for $3 - $5 an ear depending on the size and location of the event. Roasted corn, baked potatoes, roasted peanuts, lemonade, etc worked great for us. Machine is in essence a huge rotisserie oven; cook anything!! At the right event Turkey legs etc are a hot item with lines that are endless and big money coming in. We would be happy to teach you how to run the unit (which is really rather simple) and if needed we will advise you as to how to get started and how to obtain events.
