Texol GeniSys Nitrogen Generator - LCMS 60 litres/min This unit was removed from a working lab environment, has been stored indoors and is clean and ready to use. This unit weighs 150 lbs, plus crating, so it will have to ship freight. Actual shipping cost will need to be calculated before invoicing at close of auction. This unit was paired with a TEXOL air booster system to supply it with 145 psi inlet pressure. I have this unit listed in a separate listing, the GeniSys unit sits on top and the booster was fed by a low pressure house air system. I could combine shipping on both items if purchased by same buyer. Based on the award-winning NitroGenerator, the GeniSys NG-LCMS is a discrete, efficient, modular system that produces high purity nitrogen only when you need it – all you need is compressed air. The NG-LCMS uses PSA technology for superior performance and reliability. The units are fitted with castors to allow them to be manoeuvered easily into position below a bench top. All of the units in the range are built on a modular design to allow the capacity to be expanded upon. Process Description The NG-LCMS has a built-in standby system, which ensures the most efficient use of electricity and the systems internal components. Compressed air enters the generator via a 0.01- micron filter that removes contaminants and bulk moisture via an integrated auto drain. When the control system assesses that more nitrogen is required, the solenoid valves opens allowing air to enter the Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) column. After a set duration the plc controller within the control system exhausts the first column and operates another valve to pressurize the second CMS column. This cycle repeats whilst the applications requires more nitrogen. The CMS adsorbs the oxygen and leaves the nitrogen free to flow into the reservoir and on to the application via pressure and flow regulators.
