The Kiwi Outdoor Oven is made in New Zealand,, from 5mm corten steel.. it is super heavy construction and it is designed to be used in restaurants Pubs cafes and at home,, ..it also doubles as an outdoor heater. The steel radiates heat to warm your outdoor area and after cooking the front firebox doors can be left folded down for open fire look and more heating. We cook pizzas ( up to 50 an hour) the oven also is great for roasting and cooking anything you can cook in a normal oven,,it can also be used as a smoker.. this oven comes with a spark arrestor at the top of the flue to eliminate sparks flying out of the chimney.. no need to preheat for roasting you can light the oven and put your roast in at the same time,, a leg of lamb is ready to eat 2 and a quarter hours from lighting,, too easy,,..Unlike many other ovens that are wood fired the Kiwi Outdoor Oven is fast to heat up,, it can be lit and up to 300 degrees celcius in 30 minutes,,,, our separate firebox means you have full fire control while the oven or cooking area is separate.. minimizing ash contamination..
