This unit was acquired from a closed medical rehab center. It appears to be in good condition, looks almost unused. I powered it up and that was the extent of my testing. Its  being sold as is and what is in the pictures is what is included. I found this decription after searching online: "Healing HealthCare Systems (United States) Similar to MuViCure.
