Up for sale is a used EEV E2V P4428 Thermal Imager with Housing for the Power Supply but no battery is included. After getting it all cleaned up and squared away, I connected this to 24 volts, waited a few minutes for it to warm up or whatever and voila, thermal image produced (see second picture). It's far from as fancy as the newer ones, but it's also much cheaper. The lens up front has some usage marks or something around the edges, but it doesn't seem to effect the image since it's not a standard camera that needs a perfect lens to create a perfect image. While cleaning it, I also went ahead and re-secured the pcb inside of the power assembly and re-glued/cleaned the monitor window, as well as the interior of the main unit itself. Everything is resealed and currently good to go. Regarding the battery, you'll need to find one online, which shouldn't be too hard, nor very expensive. Typically if this were new there would be more of a yellow jacked around the rest of it and some straps, but who knows where those things are and unless you're fighting fires with this thing (not recommended), you can strap pretty much lace the slots around the outside of the case with whatever floats your boat. Lastly, the rubber eye portion you put your head up to was reglued where it cracked in a couple of spots, but once again it's purely cosmetic and seems fine now. So, with all of that having been said, payment due within 24 hours of purchase or it gets relisted and the only returns accepted will be if it doesn't work when you get your power source connected to it.
