The Thermal Zone 10 ton heat pump condensing unit, running on R410A with 208/230V 3PH power, is a brand new HVAC unit up for sale. Our technician has rigorously inspected and tested this unit, and it's in excellent working condition and ready to use with an R410A air handling unit. There may be some cosmetic damages such as minor scratches and dents on the cabinet, but rest assured that it won't affect the unit's overall performance. The unit is still in its original packaging, and you can view photos for more details.
