This tip transfer tool allows a number of different configurations on Thermo Scientific Matrix automated liquid handling instruments. It simplifies the reloading of Matrix DARTs tips into magazines for serial dilutions or customer-specific magazine configurations and increases efficiency at the same time. The versatile tool can be easily adapted to work with Matrix DART tips in 96 or 384 format. The tool can be used quickly and efficiently to reload Matrix DARTs (Disposable Automation Research Tips) from a magazine into magazines for serial dilutions or customer-specific magazine configurations. Reloading a complete row or column is possible in one step, in contrast to manual reloading of individual tips.Compatible with Matrix DART tips in 96 and 384 format, the device can be easily adapted for the respective collaboration. Allows for a variety of tip configurations in Thermo Scientific Matrix automated liquid handling instruments. Simply arrange the 96 or 384 tip holders in the configuration you want, for example 4.5mm or 9mm apart. The simple assembly enables a quick change between tip holders in 96 and 384 format. The functionality is very similar to that of a pipette in that the tips are picked up from tip holders and ejected into a magazine for serial dilution or a customer-specific magazine configuration by means of a piston. The tool is light and requires little effort to eject the tips, so that tips can be reloaded quickly and easily. The scope of delivery includes a handle, tip holders for 96 and 384 formats and two stripping plates.
