This unit was purchased by a high end yacht manufacturer but only used a couple of times. It is virtually new. Other than a little dust, it is great. The winch is currently mounted on a rolling cart but can be removed form the cart and mounted anywhere you need. They used it on the cart by lowering 2 anchor point into holes in the floor. It comes with a wireless remote control as well. This unit cost over $12,000 when new.
