CeilBlue accepts PayPal, an easy and secure payment method for US-based customers. Shipment of routine orders and subsequent back orders related to the original shipment shall be shipped FOB Destination. Seller is not responsible for any duty or customs fees, and the buyer may be invoiced separately for these charges. All goods must be inspected before disposing of packaging materials. Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt. Any requests for the return of products must be authorized by the Seller's Customer Care Department prior to returning goods. The terms and conditions stated in this document supersede the terms and conditions of any purchase order made by Buyer for Seller's products. All payments for the products must be made within Net 30 days of purchase. Any invoiced amount remaining unpaid after thirty (30) days shall be deemed past due. Any past due balances are subject to a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month. If the Buyer fails to pay the invoiced amount when due, the Seller reserves the right to suspend their performance immediately, declare due and payable all other amounts invoiced regardless of their due date, or increase the prices for products by one and one-half of one percent (1.5%). Customers must report any discrepancies within ten (10) days of the shipment's invoice date, with an exception for price discrepancies which must be reported thirty (30) days from the invoice date. We do not issue any credits or refunds for claims that are not made within this duration.
