Tiny House Kit Our kit includes all materials needed to construct your "Tiny House" on the floor plan shown above from the floor to the roof. You would need to construct your Tiny Home as "cut to fit" so you would need to know construction or have a contractor construct your home. The above Tiny House is a 12x24 foot structure yielding 288 square feet. All materials are environmentaly friendly in that there is no Plywoods, OSB board, or treated wood. We're a family owned Amish Mill and all materials are #1 Grade and all woods are natural with Kiln Dried woods for the most part. All walls exterior and interior are natural wood so when done it will give very expensive looking home to the new owner. No corners are cut as this is all top notch materials to construct with. Please look at the material list below and you can see a lot of planning and thought has gone into this kit which will give you the right amount of materials eliminating extra expense in materials not needed. The price quoted is for the entire "Tiny House" kit which also includes free shipping to the lower 48 states. Upon receipt you will have 3 (46x48x144) crates that with a total weight of 9,000 lbs. that need to be unoaded or picked up at the freight terminal. Upon receipt of order lead time is 2 weeks from the date that the funds are received.
