TIPPER TIE TTBag (formerly known as TB10) is the poultry industry's premier machine for packaging whole birds in an efficient and economical way. Hassle-free operation allows for one operator to run up to 10 packages per minute while clipping (clipper not included in this auction listing) and up to 20 packages per minute when bagging. Machine operation is simple: the operator pushes the bird through a horn and into a bag, breaks the hocks against the hocking station, twists the bag and places the bag into the clipper. It's that simple! Various size wicketed bags can be used, and each unit can be fitted with an optional hocking station (not included with this auction) that can be placed on either side of the bagging system to accommodate existing packaging lines. The optional clipper utilizes stainless steel or aluminum vertical clippers that apply strong and secure spool clips for tight bag closures and long production runs. What's the result? A tight and appealing, securely clipped finished package. A Tipper Tie offline clipper is available in one of my other auctions if you need one with this bagger.
