ToolTek Engineering Corp D307A1 Brush Loader 110VAC 50/60Hz @ 5A Penumatic air intake Foot pedal interface Serial (?) DB-9 female connector This unit appears to be similar to the ToolTek Discovery 310 Automated PVA Brush Loader. Unfortunately, we do not know much else about it. When powered on, the unit's mains and power light illuminate, and the Banner Light Screen shows green on one end, and yellow and green on the other. When the light curtain beam is broken, one end turns red and yellow, and flashes (while disabling the unit's movement) until the obstruction is removed. The key for the micro-screen reset is missing - however, it seems to function without it. When air pressure is applied to the intake, and the Start button is pressed, it flashes, and the internal penumatic armatures move back and forth, as if they are loading items into a carrier.
