Overview for the Topcon FC-336 Field Controller The Topcon FC-336 is designed for the professional operating in rugged field conditions. It is perfect for running MAGNET Field, Site, or Layout software, but can also be loaded with other software’s as well. The controller works with all of Topcon’s GPS receivers and total stations. The FC-336 has a 3.5G cell modem that provides the field crew with access to MAGNET Enterprise to send and receive data files. The 3.5inch display especially designed for viewing in direct sunlight. It uses a multi-layer touch sensor that registers pressure, allowing you to keep gloves on, perfect for using in cold or hazardous environments. The fast 1GHz processor drives any software with ease. It also boasts a 5mp auto focus camera, LED flash, and 8Gb of flash storage to hold all of your data and photos. Also, the built in 2-5 meter GPS receiver can position your maps to work with the Magnet software or for general mapping or navigation In addition to IP68 certification, which protects against dust and allows the unit to be waterproof up to one meter, the FC-336 is independently certified to MIL-STD 810G standard, and can operate in temperatures from -22 - 140 degrees F. • Mil-Std 810G and IP68 certified • Sunlight readable display -- 3.5 inch • 1GHz processor • 5 megapixel camera • 512Mb RAM, 256Mb NAND flash and 8GB iNAND storage • 3.5G cellular module • Internal GPS 2-5m accuracy Can provide Magnet Field software at an additional cost.
