By utilizing a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), the X4 has a variable disc rpm range of 300 - 1600 RPM and can be switched in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The Total Polishing Systems 30" X4 planetary concrete grinder is manufactured using hardened steel planetary gears for a long, trouble free, service life. This is a true planetary machine that has the main drum rotate one direction and the smaller platelets spin the opposite direction giving you a an unparalleled finish, whether the look you're looking for is a coarse surface prep to a high gloss show room floor finish. This direct drive system eliminates the possibility of belt failure and down time saving you time and money. The X4 is equipped with vacuum ports on each side of the tool mounting plates reducing to one hose for effective dust removal. You can operate the machine in either a dry mode or wet. The integrated 30 liter water tank increases the weight of the machine by 66 pounds when full. Also included are two 88 pound horseshoe weights when you need extra bite. The operator's handle can be adjusted 180 degrees to facilitate comfort, storage, and transportation. The three 10" planetary heads are equipped with hook and loop (Velcro) adapters for use with standard Total Polishing Systems diamond tools and concrete polishing pads. The X4 utilizes popular trapezoidal bolting patterns for various diamond grinding heads. The net weight of the machine is 728 pounds. Freight weight is 960 pounds. Shipping Payment Policies About Us Contact Us Most smaller packages, like blades, ship via USPS. USPS shipments average 6-12 days for delivery in the USA. These very same packages take 10-18 days for delivery to an address outside the USA. Larger packages, like grinders, by default, ship via UPS Ground in the Continental USA. This takes about 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping to HI, AK, and Puerto Rico, by default, will ship via USPS Priority Mail. This will take 4-7 business days for delivery. We offer tracking numbers for all our transactions. USPS or UPS. However, the USPS tracking system is notorious for not updating their tracking data. Sometimes not ever. But you, our customer, will always receive your ordered item or your money back. We guarantee it. We just ask for a sufficiently reasonable time frame, as outlined above, before any sort of action is asked of us pertaining to a processed and shipped order. Orders shipped to a country outside the USA will have to deal with some sort of Customs office once it reaches an entry point. They have the power to hold, delay, or flat out refuse a package. Although, that is not common. Please note that Customs can delay a customer's delivery.
