This Pit was built on a 16 ft lowboy trailer. The cooking chamber is approximately 3ft by 7 ft. The doors open in a unique way(sideways) and rest on stoppers made from horse shoes. This is a firebox pit with a slide out ash tray and damper between the firebox and cooking chamber. This pit has cooked up to 32 brisquets and has been used for cook-offs and catering. It has lockable cabinets. A sink with a pump system from a water source. Fold up and down awning as well as fold down cutting tops. Currently it has one outdoor sealed flourescent light fixture but has the bracket and wiring for an additional fixture. It has outlets at the front of the trailer for easy plug in of electric knives or other items. The trailer has one outlet that can be plugged into a power source to provide power to the whole trailer. This pit was hand built by myself and my father. Hate to sale it but we no longer do cook-offs and would like to see others enjoy it. It is currently in Bellville Texas. Serious interest or any questions please call; Wayne Hastedt 832-473-2674
