TRANSTAR HYDROFLEX WATERBORNE ACRYLIC PRIMER (GALLON) Hydroflex is a flexible, low V.O.C. waterborne primer surfacer, designed for professional refinishing of thermoplastic and thermoset substrates. It provides outstanding hold-out and adhesion. It has fast filling characteristics and sands easily. Mix Ratio:   Ready to Spray HVLP/LVLP:  1.8 - 2.0 mm 2 - 3 medium wet coats 10 - 12 minute flash 1.5 mil film build Please refer to gun manufacturer for proper spray pressure recommendations Dry to Sand Times: Relative Humidity 60°F 70°F 85°F 140°F(force dry)  50% 3.5 hours 2.5 hours 2.0 hours 30 minutes 75% 4.0 hours 3.0 hours 2.5 hours 45 minutes Recoat without sanding for up to 8 hours air, must be sanded after baking.
