This NEW spec-line heated roll-in cabinet from Traulsen is perfect for hospitals, institutions, or any other end user that needs to hot-hold large rolling racks of food. The unit is stainless steel both inside and out, with full height doors, a standard cabinet depth of 32 inches, and an interior depth of 28 inches. This cabinet accepts 72" high rolling racks.
