The unit has been tested to power on and navigate through menus/functions. Unit is guaranteed to work as intended; battery is not guaranteed due to used condition. When on the cradle, battery indicator shows that the battery is charging, but when pulled off the cradle the unit powers down so battery may need to be replaced. There is minor cosmetic wear including light surface scratches and scuff marks from previous use but overall the item is in great shape. Ships with stylus pen, charging cradle, power adapter, and soft carrying case. Unit is preloaded with Windows Mobile operating system with Microsoft Office Mobile which includes Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word.
