This is a vintage Triplett Electrical Volt Ohm Milliammeter Model 2405  It measures approx. 10 1/8" x 10 1/8" x 6 1/2".  Actual Weight: 10 lbs. 4 oz lbs. Color: Blue Metallic (after market spray paint). This unit is untested. Scratches/Scrapes you'd expect on a vintage box. "The company was founded in 1904 in Bluffton, Ohio by Ray L. Triplett, initially called Triplett Meter Company, it was housed on the 2nd floor of a building on Main Street in Bluffton. The 1st product that the company developed was the "Hot Wire" meter which was housed in a nickel watch case. The first meters were marketed under the name Pocket Meter Company. In 1932 the company name was changed to Triplett Electrical Instrument Company." [thanks to Radiomuseum.org].
