The back of the unit has cutouts for screw holes that allow for easy attachment to walls and the terminals above the strobe can be used to connect to the fire alarm system. Please read the shipping statement carefully, especially if you are a foreign buyer as all foreign winners must have the item shipped via USPS International Priority Mail due to items being "lost" in shipment and not trackable with USPS International First Class Mail. With a PID Number of 4904-9168 and Part Number 0626583, the units are still new and in their original boxes. The box description reads T/A NON-ADDRESSABLE RED 15CD FREE RUN V/O ASSY. Lack of a sounding alarm means that the unit is perfect for hearing-impaired people. Sold as one unit, it comprises of a strobe unit and a red FIRE housing that fit together easily with clips. This policy is effective immediately from 10/24/13. These Simplex TrueAlert Fire Alarm Strobe Units are designed to assist the hearing impaired during emergencies.
