Utilizing a proprietary gas-vortexing action, its fast, unattended operation doubles sample throughput, frees up resources, and improvises quality control. TurboVaps are in routine use in thousands of environmental, food testing, pharmaceutical, NIDA, forensic and chemical laboratories worldwide. The Turbo family of products provides evaporation solutions for multiple formats, from small and large volume tubes to 96 well microplates. The Zymark Turbovap LV is a microprocessor-controlled evaporator providing simultaneous concentration of up to 50 samples. Samples are placed in a temperature-controlled water bath (up to 90 degrees) and rapid evaporation takes place under nitrogen stream by means of a patented gas flow process in the tubes.
