**BEFORE YOU BID READ THE PAYMENT INFO AT THE BOTTOM ** Turner Bandsaw Mill Bought in 2008 NEW from manufacture. Was used semi-regularly for a couple of years, since then used a few times. Head/motor has always been kept under a cover, and for the last 3 years in a barn. Mill features pneumatic wheels and a 13 HP Honda motor. Until recently it had been at least a year (probably more) since started, but it still started on just 4 pulls. Maximum throat is 26": This means you can cut a 26" diameter log without having to trim it down. Maximum interior clearance is 31": This means you can cut a maximum 31" diameter log (just have to trim it down a few times to fit inside the throat). Mill is 100% manual. No hydraulic lines to burst, no fluid to maintain, no pumps to replace. Easy to repair if necessary. Deck is the extended version. Standard length is 20', with extension = 30'. This means that you can cut about a 26-27' beam. Included are six (6) 8"x8" solid heart pine ground standoff's (oil treated for exterior protection). Comes with: Original owner's manual, cant hooks x2, Tool kit (for deck and blade adjustment), Extra long deck, and 10 extra bands (some sharp, some not). Over all the unit is in "very good" condition (reserving "excellent" for no scratches, etc.). The deck has superficial rust on areas in which the paint has been worn off, there is no rust on the head. I could have taken the time to sand off the rust and paint over other but instead what I'm doing is nothing. What you see is what you get. It could be "prettied up" but that would not change it's functionality. As far as I'm concerned it is just as functional today as it was when I bought it. You can easily transport the unit on a 16' trailer (bring lots of straps or chains/binders). Could probably be loaded by hand with 4 strong men, but if desired, I will help load with my tractor at time of purchase but only after sale is final and I bear no responsibility for any damage that might occur. PAYMENT/PICKUP/RETURNS INFORMATION Ebay requires that we give you PayPal as an option - HOWEVER WE PREFER CASH AT TIME OF PICKUP. Using PayPal for "Local pickup" purchases is a BAD idea for both you and us. Some buyers pay and then never get a pickup address. Some sellers think they are paid but then the buyer cancels their payment. DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT TO USE PAYPAL. If you win the auction and insist on using PayPal, then we will NOT release the item for pickup until the money has cleared PayPal and is in our bank account - NO MATTER HOW LONG THAT TAKES. Because this item is a "Local Pickup Only", after you win the auction, please do not pay, but wait until we contact you - this is so that both buyer and seller are protected from fraud. You will receive an invoice (PLEASE DO NOT PAY WITH PAYPAL). Then you will need to email back to arrange a day/time for pickup. We will provide pickup location details shortly before your pickup day. You will have 7 days to come pick up the item. We will also require that before you leave with your item, that an Ebay email "paper trail" be established stating that you have now picked up your item. At the same time, we will email you back confirming that you have picked up and paid for the item. This will let Ebay know that the item indeed has been picked up and paid for and the transaction is complete. In addition, YOU will be responsible for supplying anything/person necessary to load and transport the item SEE ABOVE. Returns are NOT accepted (I could not get this to show up though the ebay listing though). And, if you do not arrive at the designated day/time, we will mark the item as not paid/picked up and re-list the item.
