(1) New Haven Style Oyster Knife with Wooden Handle (turned up tip). Model# S1712 3/4 NH.   2 3/4 inch long stainless steel blade. Overall Length 6 1/2 inches. MSRP $16.80 Hew Haven Style with "turned-up" Tip Nothing Visibly wrong with knife. Not sure why it's a "second". Maybe an overrun? For those who like the feel and warmth of a Wooden Handle (1) Model #S121,  2 3/4-inch long stainless steel blade. Over-all length 6 1/2Inches. Large Clam or Scallop Knife.            NSF Rated & Sani-Safe.  MSRP $16.50        New Haven Style with "turned-up" Tip Impervious Blade-To-Handle seal provides the utmost sanitary protection. Textured, Non-Slip Polypropylene Handle Straight Line Mark on the Blade, right through the "T" in "DEXTER". See photo # 1 and #3,  that is why this knife was rejected at the factory The (2) Dexter Russell knives are stamped "factory seconds" but are in good shape and have never been used. Any flaws  will not affect the integrity of the knife.
