Vintage Military Gas mask with Extra Canister and bag This mask is a bit of Military past-when the Cold War was in full swing and Chemical Warfare required NBC Gear to protect U.S. Servicemen. NBC stands for Nuclear, Biological & Chemical. Although this is a great piece and is authentic, the collectible and intrinsic value is more for collector's than for actual wear and use. This would be a great addition for any Military Collector and with an extra canister still unopened w/key it adds to the collectible value. I hope you will note the small crack to the face shield, however, the seals are still intact. The Hood is NOT present and one of the secondary disc filters is not present nor is the Decontamination Kit. However, it is still great to display and add to any collection. Note also, the Crew connection for older Radio contact within a Military Vehicle. Thank you for looking and I hope you find this to be an item you would love to have as a talking piece.
