Make sure to look at the Magnetic cup side to make sure the cup is not cracked or out of round. This is the reason to replace the one you have. The Crack causes swelling and this make the magnet out of round. This will cause the auger to drag on the receiving end of the magnetic cup on the machine. By doing this it will trick you machine in to thinking it has reached its set point for that side and stop the refrigerant flow. (not freeze on that side) To test this just remove hopper and augers to see if the machine will frost the barrel (evaporator) with nothing on it. If it does then take a look at your augers and see if they fit my description. If they do CLICK the Buy IT Now and you will be back in business!
