Cleanout openings flanged stainless steel, gasketed and bolted Ultrasonics 4000 watts, zero spaced magnetostrictive ultrasonics, which do not age fall off or fail, with solid state generator. Installed in ultrasonic tank bottom and one side. Ultrasonics have a variable power control. Condensing System: 204 S/S coils completely circumferential on side, s/s trough, s/s condensate piping and s/s circumferential cooling jacket. Electrical Heater Wiring: to one contactor with safety vapor cutout, low level cutout and high temperature cutout installed. Automatic Handling System: SCH-2 hoist, completely electric powered w/ all control wiring installed. Variable times for immersion times in ultrasonic tank and variable time for SRT time. Controlled by GE Programmable controller (touch screen) and operator's visual control panel SRT System: Finishing Equipment's exclusive SRT System (super heat) to eliminate or minimize drag out.
