There is a big difference, however, between Univex and Hobart when it comes to their transmissions. Hobart mixers have traditional gear transmissions. You have 3 or 4 set speeds and that's it. Also, you have to stop the mixer before changing gears. Univex mixers have continuously variable transmissions. Yes, this mixer shows 4 speeds, but you also can choose between all of the speeds in between those 4 gears. In this way, you're assured to find just the right speed for your application. Plus, you can switch gears on the fly. Anyway, this M60 is in great refurbished shape. It includes the bowl as well as a hook.
